meteora 20th year anniversary

To celebrate the release of the Meteora 20th year anniversary album we wanted to focus on two things: the history of Linkin Park and their

die-hard fans. To do so, we created a social activation that paid homage to the various locations around Los Angeles that are tied to Linkin Park.

At these locations, we took advantage of the traditional OOH advertisement installations and instead made a blank canvas for fans to show off some of their creativity through graffiti-styled art. Every Monday for a month leading up to the release of the anniversary album, Linkin Park picked their top favorite submissions and shared them on their Instagram.

to further aid in the rollout of the album,
we created animated elements inspired
by the artwork as well as ai iterations
